Oops! wellness and social club is a new center, located in Garden City in the heart of Shekou, where foreign and Chinese people of all ages come together to work out, socialize and learn about each other's culture. Oops! wellness and social club is uniquely located in the heart of an open residential area and immediately adjacent to the Net Valley business area, allowing for easy access for both local residents, and Chinese and foreign young urban professionals.
全新开启的Oops!国际社交俱乐部位于花园城附近，这片区域也是蛇口的核心区域，这里也是来自不同年龄、不同领域的中外人士在交流文化、社交融合方面最为频繁的地方。同时Oops!国际社交俱乐部选址位于城市更新后的住宅区和蛇口网谷商业办公区的中间，让附近的居民及工作的年轻白领们触手可及。
Oops! wellness and social club does not have machines, but offers a wide range of coached health and wellness activities in general and targeted fitness and high intensity interval training (hiit), Chinese, Latin, African and modern dance and classic ballet, martial arts such as qwankido, thai boxing and self defense, yoga, meditation, posture and life coaching, as well as social and cultural events like latin dance parties, movie nights, music events, art exhibitions for local Chinese and foreign artists, documentaries and topical events.
区别于人跟健身器材的交互，Oops!更加注重人和人之间真实交流的感受。Oops!与来自于世界各地的充满天赋的教练们共同开展丰富多彩的俱乐部活动，携手为会员们提供包括种类多样的健身运动（定向健身、高强度体能训练）、风情万种的中外舞蹈（拉丁、非洲舞、现代芭蕾等），不同流派的武术学习和自我防卫技能，还有瑜伽、冥想及人生向导等。在社区文化交流上，我们将会开办拉丁舞晚会、电影之夜、音乐活动、中外艺术家艺术展、纪录片、时事活动等活动近百场。

Our month/year card members can participate in all the scheduled activities without limitations. One activity a week or three per day? The more the merrier! Prepaid members can use their card with friend together, even at the same time!

In Oops! wellness and social club people work together. On their health, on experiencing new activities and learning new skills. Oops! wellness and social club offers a socially nurturing environment where people meet people and build a circle of friends, encourage eachother, build better habits, practice language exchange and – especially for the young urban professionals – reduce the feelings of loneliness.

Wellness and social club will also offer activities
for senior citizens as well as made-to-measure programs for companies and organizations.
For example we are building a special activity for mothers with very small children (28-32 months old) and a traditional drum activity. For an international school we are preparing a urban awareness program for young people that are planning to study abroad.

Childrens' activities

For children Oops! has qwankido, fitness, Zumba, Chinese dance and ballet, and the very popular parkour activities. Parkour is a program where children learn to use their body strength for overcoming obstacles; they learn to climb, and roll, jump and scale. The qwankido program trains children between 8-14 and youngsters between 15 and 17 for participation in the qwankido world junior championship, which will take place in Milan, Italy, in March 2022.

Qwankido is a comprehensive classic Chinese/Vietnamese martial arts and our center is the home base of the Chinese national Qwankido team and the Chinese national junior teams.
观气道武术是一种融合了中国传统武术及越南武术技法后形成的全新流派，目前是欧洲地区最为流行的武术搏击类项目之一。Oops!作为观气道中国青少年队的大本营，目前放眼整个中国大陆，你的孩子只有在Oops!才能体验到。
Our children's activities also include 5 days summer- and winter camps.
Oops!国际社交俱乐部每年寒暑假还将为孩子会员们举办为期五天的国际夏（冬）令营。
The founding team of Oops! Wellness and social club consist of Benjamin Diao, Roman Dogush, Russian/British Muai Thai coach and educational entrepreneur; Duiu Onofrei, former Romanian qwankido champion and coach of the Chinese National Qwankido team and Johannes (JJ) Bults, Dutch entrepreneur and former marketing director.
